Vienna Vibes: 2022 Vienna Design Week

The 2022 Vienna Vibes event, held in the vibrant heart of Vienna during Design Week, was an exclusive showcase of Bodo Sperlein’s latest collections. The exhibition, a fusion of art and design, featured an array of works created in collaboration with renowned artisans Jarosinski & Vaugoin and Lobmeyr, revealing the elegance and craftsmanship behind Sperlein’s creations.

Among the standout pieces were the Orlo silver and Moiré glass collections, crafted in partnership with Jarosinski & Vaugoin and Lobmeyr. These timeless designs exemplified the meticulous attention to detail and precision that defines Bodo’s approach. Visitors also had the opportunity to experience the sculptural silver perfume bottle toppers, designed by Sperlein for the prestigious WienerBlut perfume house. This collaboration, with Jarosinski & Vaugoin, beautifully combines high fashion with exceptional craftsmanship.

The exhibition also offered a first look at two new pieces from Bodo’s highly anticipated ‘Silva’ collection: striking marble tables that represent the designer’s ongoing exploration of luxury and nature’s beauty. These captivating tables introduced fresh perspectives on form and texture.

During a curated drinks reception, visitors had the rare opportunity to discuss the design process behind these unique pieces and gain insights into the artisanal techniques employed by Jarosinski & Vaugoin and Lobmeyr.
