Swarovski commissioned Bodo Sperlein to create a striking set of tabletop accessories for "Crystal Wedding," a project uniting world-renowned designers to celebrate the culture of matrimony through design. Drawing inspiration from Britain's rich history of silversmithing, Bodo designed dramatic accessories that blend silver and crystal, including spherical silver bowls with crystal legs, organically shaped pouring bowls, silver bottle stoppers adorned with crystal clusters, and jewelled cutlery. The collection debuted alongside "Unbridled," a lavish coffee-table book featuring leading design names, launched during the 2008 Paris couture shows. The project began with a major exhibition at the Monnaie de Paris and travelled globally for over a year.
